Prior to joining Steward Partners in 2020, In 2005 Anita joined UBS Financial Services, Inc. Tampa office as a Financial Advisor and in 2007 she relocated her practice to Clearwater to help form Blue Water Wealth Management Group. Anita leverages her experience as a Financial Advisor and as teacher in her new position. She works with clients to assist them in exploring their financial attitudes, decisions, and beliefs, so that they can use their money to create their own freedom and focus on the truly important things in life. She works with multi-generational families, couples, and individuals looking to broaden their financial literacy.

Anita has her degree in economics from the University of Florida and, throughout her career, has always found ways to teach. She has been a teacher, trainer, curriculum writer, major-gift officer at a nonprofit, and realtor. She previously worked as a financial advisor at UBS Financial Services, Inc. and still maintains her Series 7, 66 and 31 industry licenses.

Anita has two grown children and is enjoying her next phase in life with her husband, Richard. They enjoy traveling, biking, and playing a challenging round of golf. Anita is also a passionate consumer of both fiction and non-fiction books and enjoys the theater.
